There will normally be opposition to a change.

Make sure you make your stakeholders have an understanding for WHY it is being carried out

  • Is there someone at the front telling everyone how important this is
  • Clear leader and sponsor. Who is the driver of the change?
  • You are accountable from the top down

  • What systems needs to be changed?

  • Any processes needing updates?
  • What about IT tools, any new, changed?
